It all started with a phone call across the Atlantic. At the time I was a nobody online and I was *thinking* of launching a video product about internet marketing. I somehow managed to get hold of the legendary Jeff Walker’s phone number and kept leaving voicemails for him and speaking to his secretary.
You have to realize that at this time Jeff was starting to get VERY busy - he was known, even back then, as the Godfather of product launching after the amazing success of Traffic Secrets.
Anyway, I kept plugging away and eventually I managed to secure a 10 minute call with him.
That 10 minute call turned into nearly and hour and looking back it was the most valuable telephone conversations I have ever had.
